Our Homeschool-Life.com team looks forward to helping you with your membership and/or class registration.  Once this form is complete in its entirety, we can then pass it on to our team members to get started.

CLASS REGISTRATION SET-UP

This includes putting classes in a matrix with the following entered for each class:  Title, Grade/Age, Instructor, Day of week, Start/end time, location of class (room), Max/Min number of students, cost.

We have included a CSV template for you to include your information.  Upload file with class data using the provided Excel template.

**NOTE: We will populate your classes with whatever information is provided in the spreadsheet you provide.  Not all fields must be filled out.  You can add further details if you choose after we have completed our set up.

In addition to the Excel template please provide the following in another document:

  1. Instructor name with email address
  2. Age or grade for class
  3. Costs (example: deposit?, tuition, supply fee)

Classes need to be organized into a matrix or grid structure. Do you have an idea of what you want that matrix to look like? One of the most common set ups is to have the class periods/times as the columns and age groups or room numbers for the rows. But, if your group is used to some other design, let me know what you would like for your matrix rows and columns.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION SET-UP

This includes importing family directory (if you choose this), addtional questions for children/parents with any documentation you need attached to the registration process and fee structure for registration.

Typically having your members request membership into your site is a good way for them to get use to using the site and answer/agree to any additional questions you have set-up.  But if you would like us to import your membership for you, please provide an Excel or .CSV file with the following information for each member:
